Do you ever feel like there’s just too much to do and not enough time? If so, you’re not alone.

Many people struggle with feelings of overwhelm on a daily basis.

I’ve been there too.

But there’s a simple way to help reduce stress and improve your overall well-being: Gratitude.

This a small, easy change you can implement, yet it can have a profound effect on your life.

Gratitude is the act of acknowledging the good things in your life.

It can be as simple as taking a few moments each day to think about the things you’re grateful for.

This can be anything….big or small.

You can be grateful for your morning warm cup of coffee, your warm bed, your family, your job, or an ocean view.

Express your gratitude to the people or things you’re grateful for.

When you practice gratitude, you focus on the positive aspects of your life.

This shifts your perspective and helps you feel more optimistic.

Gratitude can also help to:

✅ Reduce stress and anxiety
✅ Improve your sleep
✅ Boost your mood

So…if you’re looking for a way to reduce overwhelm and improve your life, start practicing gratitude today.

Set aside just a few minutes each day to do this.

Gratitude is a powerful tool that can help you overcome overwhelm and live a happier, healthier, more satisfying life.

I’d love to hear what you’re grateful for in the comments!

Ready to defeat burnout…

…and renew your passion and love for medicine?

Do you feel paralyzed by feelings of desperation and aren’t sure how you can keep going if things don’t change?

Has your relentless schedule and the high stress demands of your job changed you into someone you no longer recognize?

Have you lost your passion and love for medicine?

If so, I want you to know that there’s a way to manage it all AND feel better without sacrificing your needs or your relationships with your loved ones.

Hi there,

I’m bonni!

In 2015, I hit my ultimate burnout low. I felt desperate and hopeless. I searched for anything I could do to get out of medicine and my misery.

Coaching helped me find myself again. I learned new tools that helped me see my life in a new light. It helped me reorganize my life and take back my control.  Now I’m able to manage my time better, empty my inbox and complete my charting before going home!

I no longer see myself as a victim with no way out. I have more quality time with my family and a renewed passion for medicine and patient care!

Knowing how prevalent burnout is and seeing the amazing results I had achieved, a passion grew within me to help other struggling physicians overcome their burnout.

I help burnt out women physicians find joy in life again, and live life with purpose and spiritual alignment so they can create the life they deserve on their terms. Unlike larger, less personalized programs focused on stress management, I offer one on one coaching and provide a personal and safe space to connect and teach you ways to manage your thoughts, take action, and create lasting change to get the results you want in your life.
