✅ Set aside dedicated time each day for charting tasks. Silence your phone to stay focused.

✅ Ask for feedback from colleagues or supervisors to improve your process.

I no longer see myself as a victim with no way out. I have more quality time with my family and a renewed passion for medicine and patient care!

Knowing how prevalent burnout is and seeing the amazing results I had achieved, a passion grew within me to help other struggling physicians overcome their burnout.

I help burnt out women physicians find joy in life again, and live life with purpose and spiritual alignment so they can create the life they deserve on their terms.
